Evidence records.

Published records that preserve source material, provenance, outcomes and limitations for bounded Responsibility Infrastructure claims.

How to read this evidence

Evidence records preserve source material and provenance so that a reader can examine what was available, what was concluded and what remained outside the claim.

Publication of an evidence record does not by itself establish protocol interoperability, implementation conformance, independent verification, Recognition, Registry standing, certification, regulatory approval or external reliance. Each of those claims requires its own evidence and decision basis.

Evidence priority

Evidence is strongest when it tests a substantive claim.

Historical provenance records may be retained where they establish that a publication, decision or artefact existed at a particular point in time. They should not be read as a substitute for implementation, interoperability, independence or reliance evidence.
