Licensed practitioner status is a bounded claim.
LRIP means Licensed Responsibility Infrastructure Practitioner. It is the licensed individual practitioner designation for applying and interpreting Responsibility Infrastructure within a defined scope.
Capability, assessment and licence are separate conditions.
Responsibility Infrastructure practitioner development describes the learning and competence pathway. LRIP is the licensed practitioner designation. Course completion, attendance, assessment participation or self-description does not by itself establish a current LRIP licence.
Practitioner status is an individual human-capability claim. It is not a software certification, employer certification, regulatory approval or statement that a third-party product conforms to RI.
The LRIP designation and badge require current entitlement.
The RI site recognises use of the LRIP designation or an LRIP practitioner badge only where the individual holds the applicable current licence or authorisation for the stated scope. Possession of a badge image, certificate, course record or historic assessment is not by itself evidence of current entitlement.
An LRIP designation or badge must not be used to imply employer approval, product conformance, regulatory approval, Recognition, Registry standing or authority beyond the licensed practitioner scope.
When the practitioner licensing and status service becomes operational, current entitlement should be resolved from the applicable authoritative status record rather than inferred from a copied badge or static document.
Software-independent practice
An LRIP may apply RI across existing clinical, care, workflow, case-management, enterprise, incident, AI or supplier systems. Licensed practitioner status is not tied to a particular software product or implementation provider.
Practitioner status and implementation conformance are separate claims. A practitioner cannot make non-conforming software conformant merely by using it, and a conforming implementation does not automatically establish practitioner competence for every user.
