1. Test Method
The evaluator SHALL test an identified implementation version and exported record package. Each test receives Pass, Fail, Not Applicable or Indeterminate. Not Applicable requires a recorded justification. Indeterminate is not a Pass.
2. Test Cases
| ID | Requirement | Method | Expected result | Pass / Fail |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RI-T001 | CONF-01 | Inspect two exports of the same record. | A stable record identifier is present and unchanged. | Pass if stable; fail if absent or changes. |
| RI-T002 | CONF-02 | Inspect the exported core record. | Party, responsibility, outcome and time fields are explicit. | Pass if all are explicit; fail if any is missing. |
| RI-T003 | CONF-03 | Trace the proposal to its asserted authority. | Authority identifier and scope are represented. | Pass if traceable; fail if absent. |
| RI-T004 | CONF-04 | Create a proposal without a response, then record later activity. | No Acceptance is inferred; proposal remains distinguishable. | Pass if explicit response is required; fail if silence or action becomes Acceptance. |
| RI-T005 | CONF-05 | Exercise each supported response transition. | Acceptance, rejection, delegation, withdrawal and expiry remain distinct. | Pass if applicable events are distinct; fail if collapsed. |
| RI-T006 | CONF-06 | Apply multiple state transitions and export the record. | Current state and producing history are both available. | Pass if both reconstruct; fail if history is replaced. |
| RI-T007 | CONF-07 | Attach or reference evidence outside the implementation store. | Evidence relationship survives export without proprietary storage dependency. | Pass if portable relationship exists; fail if impossible. |
| RI-T008 | CONF-08 | Inspect every material event. | Identity, actor, timestamp, type and relationships are present. | Pass if complete; fail on any material omission. |
| RI-T009 | CONF-09 | Attempt material edit or deletion. | Change is rejected or preserved as a new attributable event. | Pass if no silent mutation; fail otherwise. |
| RI-T010 | CONF-10 | Give the export to an independent reviewer without internal access. | Reviewer reconstructs the material lifecycle. | Pass if reconstruction succeeds; fail if proprietary access is required. |
| RI-T011 | CONF-11 | Inspect terminology, states and exported claims. | Constitutional functions remain distinguishable. | Pass if separate; fail if any are collapsed. |
| RI-T012 | CONF-12 | Create a self-assessed conforming record. | No independent Verification or Recognition is claimed. | Pass if bounded; fail if self-assessment is misrepresented. |
| RI-T013 | CONF-13 | Resolve communicated standing. | Registry source, status and query time are returned. | Pass if all present; fail if standing is static or source-free. |
| RI-T014 | CONF-14 | Withhold evidence for a required claim. | Claim is marked unsupported, unavailable or not established. | Pass if limitation is explicit; fail if treated as satisfied. |
| RI-T015 | CONF-15 | Export the conformance package. | All applicable tests can be performed without proprietary internals. | Pass if testable; fail if mandatory evidence is inaccessible. |
3. Overall Result
Conformant requires every applicable mandatory test to Pass. One Fail produces Non-conformant. One unresolved Indeterminate produces Indeterminate unless another test already establishes Non-conformant. Results SHALL identify evidence and evaluator observations.
4. Repeatability and Retesting
A material implementation, Protocol or test-suite change requires a new test record. Earlier results remain historical and MUST NOT be silently extended to an untested version.
